I nicked the publication folder off my bosses desk today and found I was published in the following and had no idea, I also then ate two krispy cream donuts so it was a good day:

Wednesday was my Shoot with Nkwo Onwuka, who is the couture designer who one K2C 2007 at the V&A london, I photographed her collection on the catwalk and I shot today around 4GB of images of her latest collection. There was seven of us involved with the shoot, the images are going to be used in magazines, her website and possibly the store in Nigeria that she is planning on opening. Nkwo is an amazing designer who supplies to boutques all over europe and west africa and i hope to work with her again in the future.

This weekend has been good, friday i worked at Hawes and Curtis, did some promotion stuff for The Honey Pot Charity competition were doing. saturday i went to K2C, Kulture2Couture fashion show in Kensington london in the V&A it is the second year for black african fashion designers, the cloths were stunning and so creative. I got a great spot for shooting the the lighting was the best i worked with so far, much much much better than london fashion week and the show in general was just miles above it. i want so much to upload the photos but I'm keeping them aside for an christmas exhibition I'm holding soon, then after that ill put them online. if i could of i would have had a central spot but unfortunately i didn't have a press pass so maybe next year
The today i was doing the post production stills for a film that is being shot in london, its going to be submitted to some film festivals. Next week i have reading week because my course is going to berlin but i don't want to go, plus i plenty to do inc. finding a costume for a big university shoot i have to do soon on a medium formate camera, I'm looking forward to it but I'm soooper nervous because i can see it going wrong if my model lets me down.

I had an amazingly productive day, I did the model test shoot for next seasons line at Hawes & Curtis, I shot 4 models and was then asked my opinion on which to pick, I knew exactly the type they'd want out of the 4 but the problem was his hair clashed with our female model, they kind of looked like brother and sister, however the other guy whom we thought might work didn't seem to be as photogenic, I still think we should go for the first. I was given another newspaper with my work in, the City AM in the fashion section, I've posted the entry here. In the afternoon I did a shoot for a magazine called velocity, so hopefully that will go well. Its been so crazy lately, its really exciting, my shoot with james is for knowledge magazine and then i did Lizzis portfolio which i will upload some of soon

I’m in Novembers Issues of What Digital Camera Magazine & Digital SLR Photography Magazine, they come out October 7th, and so I’m looking forward to that. I just started my second year of university, I have new flat mates, and they’re all really nice. Its also my sister birthday and I’ve been the best sister ever and bought her a diamond & white gold ring, its a November birth stone but when her birthday is September but it was just way nicer than any of the pink ones. I haven’t really uploaded anything on to deviant because a lot of the nice pictures I’ve been taking I’ve kept aside for an exhibition where I want all new work. I’ve also had several projects; I’m photographing a London mc for a magazine, a male model for a modeling agency and a few bands, one of which is signed. I’m hoping this term is going to fun
